About this position The Consultation Specialist conducts immigration consultations with prospective clients and helps them understand the legal pathways offered by Solano Law Firm. Clients trust us with some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and this role exists to convert qualified consultations into retained clients through relationship building, strategic discovery, education, objection handling, follow-up, and an exceptional client experience.This is not a call center role. A successful Consultation Specialist combines empathy with confidence, structure with warmth, and sales ability with integrity. You will not provide legal advice or represent yourself as an attorney. Target: 20–25% same‑day conversion, 45–50% overall conversion.First 90 days: Perform, Own Results, Become a Top Contributor Operate fully autonomously. Meet or exceed 30% same‑day and 60% overall conversion. Become known for accountability, ownership, and client trust.Qualifications Required Qualifications Native or professional‑level fluency in Spanish and EnglishMinimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales, sales, legal intake, customer success, or other high‑touch client‑facing roles.
