The Charge Nurse will oversee the non‑licensed and licensed clinical support staff to ensure accountability using nursing protocols to guarantee the safety and quality of care for every patient assigned to the clinic. Under the direction of clinic leadership, the Charge Nurse works to enhance throughput while enforcing safety management programs that include the observance of universal precautions, prevention of workplace injuries, and other infection control policies and procedures.
