Responsibilities: Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician Qualifications: Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required Salary and Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off The Physical Therapist role includes an $10,000 retention bonus, which will be split into four equal payments and paid quarterly over the course of one year.
