Wound Care to provide services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the northern Atlanta suburbs. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity ideal for an advanced practitioner who enjoys autonomy and continuity of care.
Opportunity Details: - Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Schedule: 1-2 days per week, ongoing coverage
- Patient Volume: Approximately 5-6 onsite patients per day; total caseload of about 300 patients across assigned facilities
- Flexibility: Ability to provide care during after-hours or weekends if desired
- Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications: - Active Georgia NP or PA license
- Experience in Wound Care required
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
