We are seeking a highly energetic receptionist who excels in fast-paced environments and can handle both mental and physical demands. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, mental agility, and physical stamina, including lifting and moving office supplies and equipment regularly.
What You'll Do:
- Warmly greet and assist clients, realtors, lenders, and visitors with genuine friendliness and professionalism
- Answer and professionally direct all incoming calls with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain all conference rooms to picture-perfect standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
- Support document preparation, scanning, and copying
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting at all times
- Take memorable client photos upon request to help create lasting memories
- Provide friendly administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Prepare refreshments as needed to enhance client visits and meetings
- Proactively order and replenish office supplies
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying boxes of office supplies, moving equipment, and organizing mail and packages (up to 30 lbs).
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Regular interaction with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Physically demanding: standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials daily.
