Warranty Analysis and Quality Specialist for analyzing warranty data, monitoring product quality trends, supporting root cause investigation, and driving continuous product improvement initiatives. This role plays the key responsibilities of improving and enhancing the products, services and parts quality. It also takes the main responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the technical repair steps and documentation.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Warranty data analysis
- Analyze warranty claim data, failure trends, and warranty cost drivers.
- Support development of dashboards and data visualizations tools for performance tracking.
- Evaluate warranty claim reasonableness and identify potential claim abnormalities.
- Product quality monitoring
- Monitor field quality performance of machines and components.
- Assist in releasing campaign and bulletin to help improve product quality and durability.
- Engage the new product development activities from warranty perspective.
- Support investigation of failed components and major warranty cases.
- Service campaign and bulletin management
- Support development, coordination, and execution of service campaigns, product improvement programs, and field corrective actions.
- Assist related strategic planning end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare professional documentation in compliance with company policies, industry standards and legal regulations.
- Track campaign progress, completion rates, and dealer participation status by working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign implementation.
- Track campaign-related warranty claims and analyze campaign effectiveness by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting metrics.
- Root cause and failure analysis
- Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to identify root causes.
- Support parts and components failure analysis and generate the report with observations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Automotive or Heavy equipment technology, Industrial engineering, Quality management or related technical field.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, SIS, or related systems preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, heavy equipment technical understanding and/or warranty quality management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for continuous learning and knowledge accumulation, with the ability to think independently and develop solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, strong patience to understand policies and regulations.
