Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students per IEPs and best practices
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development
