What You Will Be Doing
Handle personal injury litigation cases end-to-end, with strong focus on trial
Act as first-chair trial attorney in PI cases
Meet with clients to:
- Discuss case strategy
- Build trust and provide guidance
Evaluate claims, damages, and legal strategy
Communicate with insurance carriers on:
- Claims
- Demands
- Settlement negotiations
Prepare cases for trial, including:
- Discovery
- Depositions
- Motions
- Trial strategy and execution
Drive favorable verdicts and settlements
Maintain consistent client communication and updates
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Experience You Will Need
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
5–10 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience (required)
Minimum 5 PI jury trials as First Chair (mandatory)
Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
Strong background in:
- Trial litigation
- Case evaluation
- Negotiation and settlements
Proven ability to manage cases independently through trial

Must-Have:
- Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation (5–10 years)
- First-chair trial experience (minimum 5 PI trials)
- Georgia Bar license (active & in good standing)
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation strategy
- Case evaluation & damages assessment

- Negotiation skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience mentoring junior attorneys
