Prepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns Manage multiple client engagements and timelines Provide strategic tax planning guidance Collaborate on team projects and deliverables Mentor and support staff accountants
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) 3+ years of experience in public accounting CPA license or active progress toward licensure Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax/accounting software
