This Full-Time position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities! This position is responsible for multiple job duties including areas of cashiering and settlement, accounts receivables and payables, along with departmental Global Control Standards compliance as well as other duties as assigned. Position will provide oversight for period end results, as well as run reports and review for any discrepancies or inaccuracies and investigate if necessary. This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities with dedicated areas of expertise within the Georgia Market.
Responsibilities
- Lead a specific administrative process area within the Georgia Market (Must be willing to travel as needed)
- Payroll
- Settlement & Accounts Receivable
- Sales, Delivery, & Customer Support
- Supervise the Sales & Delivery Administrative Support team in locations across the Georgia Market
- Monitors, analyzes, and effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets
- Lead efforts to track and collect on Accounts Receivable activity to include NSF, Special Events
- Research and resolve customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management
- Conduct periodic audits and trend reviews to mitigate risks
- Provide administrative support to the Unit General Manager, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Run, analyze, and distribute reporting as needed
- Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports and other Market team members, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Complete Location Assessments to ensure attainment of business compliance
- Provide training to administrative team as needed
- Organize/maintain electronic and hard copy department files following company guidelines
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs, continuously stand, rotate, twist, lift
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- Prior leadership experience managing direct reports preferred.
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must be a strong team player
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in accounting applications
