We are looking for a Personal Injury Attorney with solid pre-litigation experience who also has an interest in managing the day-to-day operations of boutique law office. This is a key role with long-term growth potential.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Competitive salary based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and negotiate with insurance carriers
- Oversee or assist with litigation as needed (discovery, motions, hearings, etc.)
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in a boutique office environment
- Assist with firm management, workflow oversight, and operational decision-making
- Maintain strong client relationships and high standards of client communication
