Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a highly organized and creative Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in shaping our internal and external messaging, ensuring consistency across platforms, and supporting company-wide communication initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent across all channels.
- Track and analyze communication metrics to improve future strategies.
- Support in the planning and promotion of company events and initiatives.
- Maintain and update communication calendars and materials.
- Ensure brand voice is upheld in all forms of written content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
