Job Title: Legal Coordinator - Real Estate / Litigation
Location: Norcross, GA (100% On-Site)
Pay: 30+/hr
Schedule: Full-Time

They are looking for you, an experienced Legal Coordinator or Paralegal with a background in real estate and/or litigation, to support leadership across development transactions, dispute management, and corporate governance matters. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.
What you get to do: - Support litigation matters including construction defect claims, vendor disputes, and insurance cases
- Coordinate with outside counsel and manage case calendars and deadlines
- Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
- Assist with real estate transactions including purchase agreements, easements, leases, and closing packages
- Coordinate land acquisitions and dispositions with internal teams and lenders
- Maintain organized transaction files, permits, and project documentation
- Draft routine agreements, notices, and internal legal memos
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives
What you need to succeed: - 4+ years of paralegal experience (litigation and/or real estate)
- Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred
- Experience with real estate closings, title matters, or development documentation highly preferred
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, document preparation, and case management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
