Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC. As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN and other healthcare professionals
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as inserting IVs and performing phlebotomy
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in patient education and family support
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve identified patient outcomes
Requirements: - Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
- 0 years of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
