Annual bonus, 3% nondiscretionary 401K, discretionary profit sharing, four (4) weeks annual vacation.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's in business administration
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Strong financial background regarding physician compensation
- Strong experience overseeing Revenue Cycle Management
- At least five (5) years of experience in practice administration and personnel management
- Demonstrated expertise in small or medium size healthcare organization preferred
- Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
- Will have eight (8) direct reports
