Job Title: Mainframe Architect (Insurance Domain)
Location: Duluth, GA (Atlanta – 5 Days Onsite)
Domain: Insurance (Mandatory)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Architect with strong Insurance domain knowledge. The candidate will design and deliver technical solutions on IBM Mainframe and support modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions on IBM Mainframe
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Work with application architects and development teams
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices
- Lead mainframe integrations with other platforms
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams
- Support modernization and migration to platforms like Kubernetes
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in COBOL, DB2, and z/OS
- Experience in Mainframe architecture and design
- Good understanding of enterprise design patterns
- Experience with mainframe modernization / transformation projects
- Strong Insurance domain experience (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
