What You'll Bring to the Table: - Proven experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in emergency department settings
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to quickly assess and manage low to moderate acuity cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work efficiently under pressure
- Certification as a Physician Assistant and active state licensure
Nice to Have Skills: - Prior experience working night shifts or varied schedules
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiencies
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience: - Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience preferred
- Current NCCPA certification and valid state licensure
Other Requirements: - Local candidates only - must reside within the area
- Availability to work the assigned shifts:
- Night shift: 10 PM - 8 AM at Southwood
- Day shifts: 1 PM - 11 PM, 11 AM - 9 PM, or 9 AM - 7 PM at Gwinnett
- Willingness to travel or receive licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements as applicable
