Required Experience:
Use SQL and reporting tools to identify and fix front desk data entry errors.
Audit benefits, insurance (“Self”), and patient checkout status.
Ensure clinical data accuracy and billing compliance; fix missing visits, E/M codes, diagnoses, and vaccine fees.
Standardize data entry with SOPs; correct wrong service entries and event mapping.
2+ years EHR experience, SQL proficiency, strong analytical skills, and healthcare data auditing experience.
