Evans, GA
Dates: ASAP – ongoing, ongoing per diem coverage needed. Client prefers 2-3 week contract periods.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (1099) - Same Day Pay/Express Pay available
Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and CNA State License/Certification.
