Location: Sylvania, GA
Dates: ASAP – Ongoing
12-Hour Shifts available
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (1099) - Express Pay available
Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and CNA State License/Certification.
