Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility.

• ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
• NIH(ASA)
• 2 Supervisory References
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding support.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.
• Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance practices.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
