Compensation Options - Choose What Works for You

Tiered Per-Visit Pay

$60-$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

PRN Flex

Higher per-evaluation rate compared to full-time roles
Flexible scheduling based on your availability
No evenings or weekends required
Minimum of five patients
Paid per visit

Coverage Area

Patients are located throughout Duluth, GA, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Educate patients and caregivers
Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)

Qualifications

Active Georgia Physical Therapist license
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Reliable transportation for home visits
Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
New graduates encouraged to apply
