Responsibilities: • Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition • Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations • Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly • Manage all seller communication through our CRM • Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months • Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing • Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity • Actively promote yourself and our team on social media • Attend scheduled training Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • One year of work experience in real estate • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Team player who believes their success is the team's success Compensation: $150,000 yearly
